BRIEF DESCRIPTION FUN AT FALLS FESTIVAL IN AUSTRALIA The Falls Festival for the year 2013/2014, according to the participants, was held at: Lorne, Victoria, Australia in between 27th December 2013 and 1st January 2014. And according to the same source, it was a great fun Falls festival is the popular name for Music & Arts Festival commonly held annually around New Year eve at: Tasmania Australia, Lorne, Victoria and Marion Bay. It is best known for its: contemporary music, comedy, theater, circus, dance, cabaret and other arts. It started in 1993 with small concert, held in: Lorne and Victoria. This initial concert attracted not less than11, 000 people and this quickly forced the organizer to negotiate with neighboring farmers for the use of their lands. The name eventually changed to Falls Music & Arts Festival in 1996. In 2003, two festivals were held together simultaneously for the first time; one at Lorne, and the other at Marion Bay, Tasmania. In 2008 the festival won the Faster Louder Festival Award for 'Best Lineup. And second year too, it won the "Favorite Venue and Location" award.
