Veterans Day
Veterans Day is a federal holiday in United States. It is observed annually every November 11. And the intention is to honor and thank all military personnel who served United States in all wars, especially, the living veterans. In New York, it is usually marked by colorful parades, exhibitions, Performances, spectators, church services etc.
The event, takes place in Manhattan borough. It begins on Fifth Avenue at 23rd Street, and continues north along Fifth Avenue to 56th Street.
